1. Can I print & customize gift paper bag with my own artwork?
A: Sure, we are specialized in all sort of customization with paper bag printing, we can print your own artwork/design on the gift paper bags.
2. Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A: Yes, we can make sample order based on your request and have sampling fee. Also we offer free sample (our samples) for you to check quality, but will need your help to pay the shipping.
3. Do you refund the sample charge?
A: If first order quantity up to 10,000pcs, sample fee will be refunded.
4. What payment method do you accept?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping. And we accept T/T bank transfer, Credit card.
5. What file type do you require for printing?
A: We need Adobe Illustrator, PDF, CDR, or any clearly files.
6. Do you ship to my country? What is your shipping method?
